Your appointments are very important to me and the time is reserved especially for you! As a courtesy, appointments are confirmed via text and e-mail 24 hours, as well as, 90 minutes prior to your scheduled service.
I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, i respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for changing, canceling, or rescheduling your appointment:
-Any cancellation/reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services.
-Late arrivals: Please note that if you are late for your service, i may not be able to accommodate the service or services booked. Reserved time will be charged according to service selected, even if services are not rendered.
-No shows will result in a charge equal to %100 of reserved service before booking any future appointments.
